The overflow valve is mainly used in the hydraulic press filling system, installed between the filling tank and the pipeline of the low-pressure drainage system, and has the function of protecting the filling tank.
The full-open overflow valve is installed between the liquid-filled tank and the pipeline of the low-pressure drainage system. When the pressure of the liquid-filled tank is higher than the set value, the control system sends a signal, the electromagnetic reversing valve reverses, the valve opens, and the liquid-filled tank starts to release pressure, until the pressure of the liquid-filled tank is equal to or less than the set value, the control system sends a signal, the electromagnetic reversing valve reverses, the spring force overcomes the medium force, and the valve closes.
