(4) the valve assembly: the valve is usually the valve body as the reference parts according to the process of the order and method of assembly. Before assembly, parts and components shall be reviewed to avoid parts that have not been deburred and cleaned from entering the final assembly. During the assembly process, the parts should be handled with care to avoid bumping and scratching the processing personnel. Bonnet and valve body in the French to use bolts, fastening bolts, otherwise the joint surface of the valve body, valve cover will be due to uneven force around the flow control valve leakage. Fastening the use of hand should not be too long, to prevent the pre-tightening force is too large and affect the strength of the bolt. For valves with strict requirements for pre-tightening force, the torque handle shall be applied to tighten the bolts according to the specified torque requirements. After the final assembly is realized, the holding mechanism should be rotated to check whether the movement of the valve opening and closing parts is mobile and whether there is any jam. Whether the device direction of the valve cover, bracket and other parts of the pressure reducing valve meets the requirements of the drawing, and the valve can only be tested after passing all the tests.
