(2) The thread of the valve stem is rusty and the valve cannot rotate;
(3) The valve sealing surface is destroyed, resulting in leakage of the medium;
(4) stem and valve disc connection is not good, so that the valve disc and valve seat deflection can not be close contact.
valve closed lax processing method:
1. there are impurities stuck valve sealing surface
Valve sometimes suddenly closed lax, may be between the valve sealing surface impurities stuck, at this time should not be forced to close, the valve should be slightly larger, and then try to close, the general can be excluded, otherwise should be checked, should keep the quality of the medium clean.
2. stem thread rust
For valves that are usually in the open state, when they are accidentally closed, because the stem thread has rusted, it will also happen. In this case, the valve can be repeatedly switched several times, while hitting the bottom of the valve body with a small hammer, which can close the valve tightly, without grinding and repairing the valve.
3. valve sealing surface is damaged
For the case that the switch is still not closed after trying many times, that is, the sealing surface is damaged and should be reported for repair. Or corrosion, particles in the medium scratch and other damage to the sealing surface, should also be reported for repair.
4. stem and disc connection is not good
Often add lubricating oil to the valve stem and stem nut to ensure the flexibility of the valve switch. Have a regular maintenance program.
