2. Assembly of valve after overhaul
(1) Before assembly, all components of the valve should be cleaned and checked. The assembly sequence should be from bottom to top. The added gasket should be coated with grease, and the added packing should be enriched and uniform. (2) All fastening bolts and packing should be coated with grease before assembly, which is conducive to the next maintenance and lubrication.
3. Adjustment of valve
After the valve is assembled, install the positioner and adjust the air supply pipe. Calibration points shall not be less than 5 points,0%,25%,50%,75%,100%. Slowly input each point signal into the locator in turn, and observe whether the stroke pointer corresponds to the scale of the scale, otherwise it should be adjusted repeatedly until the standard is reached.
4. Commissioning and acceptance
(1) After the valve is adjusted to the standard, install it on the pipeline. After confirming that there is no problem, notify the process workshop and go through the handover procedures. (2) Cooperate with process personnel from on-site manual operation to overall control operation. (3) Check whether the records and files after maintenance are complete and accurate. (4) When the valve is introduced into the media to check whether the packing and flanges on both sides are leaking. (5) After 72 hours of normal operation of the regulating valve, the relevant technical supervisor shall sign for it.
5. Safety precautions
(1) Precautions for maintenance safety: maintenance must be carried out by more than two people; When entering the site for maintenance, the specified protective articles must be worn. When it is found that the electric valve needs to be handled abnormally, it must obtain the approval of the process personnel and take safety measures before operation. (2) Precautions for maintenance safety: the certificate must be handed over when the valve used online is overhauled; Before the online valve is disassembled, the process medium must be discharged cleanly and no leakage must be confirmed before operation can be carried out. The air source should be turned off during maintenance. During maintenance, special tools must be used and parts must not be damaged. Disassembled parts and exposed valve bodies shall be covered with soft materials. (3) Safety precautions for commissioning: before commissioning, the process personnel shall be notified to go through the handover procedures; During commissioning, the process and maintenance personnel shall cooperate closely with each other.
