If there is any difference, adjust the opening limit bolt on the actuator to ensure that the valve is fully open. Otherwise, once the valve is installed, it is impossible to judge whether the valve is in the fully open position. 2. The valve cannot inject grease (1) When the valve shaft performs grease injection operation, the sealing pressure in the valve shaft shall not exceed a specific pressure. Once it exceeds, check whether the grease injection gun is faulty and whether the outlet valve at the grease outlet of the grease injection gun is open. (2) If there is no fault in the valve grease injection gun, check whether the grease injection nozzle is blocked, that is, slowly twist the grease injection nozzle and install it at the grease outlet hole of the grease injection gun. By injecting grease into the grease injection nozzle, observe whether the grease injection nozzle can produce grease. If there is no grease, it indicates that the one-way valve in the grease injection nozzle is faulty, and the grease injection nozzle should be replaced. If the grease injection nozzle can produce grease, check the check valve located in the grease injection hole downstream of the grease injection nozzle, and use special tools to screw it out for inspection. If there is any blockage such as raw material tape, it should be removed. If it is a serious fault, it should be replaced. 3. The valve seat seal grease injection pipeline may be blocked after the grease injection of the valve, resulting in uneven or no grease in the grease injection hole of the valve seat. At this time, the valve can be closed from the fully open state for 15 ° ~ 25 ° to observe the grease outlet hole of the valve seat, and gently dredge it with a soft tool, and then observe the grease injection.

3. The grease from the grease injection hole is uneven
After the valve is greased, the valve seat seal grease injection pipeline may sometimes be blocked, resulting in uneven grease or no grease in the grease injection hole of the valve seat. At this time, the valve can be closed from the fully open state by 15 ° ~25Observe the grease hole of the valve seat after ° °, gently dredge it with a soft tool, and then conduct grease injection observation.
