7. During the hydraulic strength test and tightness test of the pipeline system, only the pressure value and water level change are observed, and the leakage check is not enough. Measures: when the pipeline system is tested according to the design requirements and construction specifications, in addition to recording the pressure value or water level change within the specified time, it is necessary to carefully check whether there is leakage problem.
8. Sewage, rainwater and condensate pipes shall be concealed without closed water test. Measures: The closed water test shall be checked and accepted strictly according to the specifications.
9. The pipeline system is not washed carefully before completion, and the flow rate and speed cannot meet the pipeline washing requirements. Even water pressure strength test drainage instead of flushing. Measures: Use the maximum juice flow rate in the system or should not be less3m/sThe water flow rate is flushed. The color and transparency of the outlet water shall be visually consistent with that of the inlet water.
10, winter construction in the negative temperature of the hydraulic test. Measures: as far as possible before the winter water pressure test, and after the pressure test to blow the water, especially the water in the valve must be removed in the net, otherwise the valve will freeze crack.
