For parts that do not have oil cups or nozzles and are easily damaged or lost during operation, the lubrication system should be repaired and equipped, and the oil circuit should be cleared.
Lubrication parts should be regularly refueled according to specific conditions. Frequently opened and high temperature valves are suitable for refueling once a week to a month; Infrequently opened, low temperature valve refueling cycle can be longer. Lubricant organic oil, butter, molybdenum disulfide and graphite. Oil is not suitable for high temperature valves; butter is not suitable, they will be lost due to high temperature melting. High temperature valves are suitable for adding molybdenum disulfide and wiping graphite powder. Exposed lubrication parts, such as trapezoidal threads, teeth and other parts if the use of butter and other grease, easily contaminated with dust, and the use of molybdenum disulfide and graphite powder lubrication is not easy to contaminated with dust and the lubrication effect is better than butter, graphite powder is not easy to apply directly, can be used with a little oil or water to adjust into a paste.
3. keep the two pieces complete and intact. The bolts of flange and bracket shall be complete and full, and no loosening is allowed. If the fastening nut on the handwheel is loose, it should be tightened in time to avoid wearing the connection or losing the handwheel. After the handwheel is lost, the flap is not allowed to replace the handwheel, and it should be equipped in time. The packing pressure difference is not allowed to be skewed or there is no pre-tightening gap. Easy to be polluted by rain, snow, dust and other dirt environment, the stem to install a protective cover. The scale on the valve should be kept intact and accurate. The lead seal, cap and pneumatic accessories of the valve shall be complete and intact. The insulation jacket shall be free of dents and cracks.
In addition, the valve is not allowed to knock, support heavy objects or stand, so as not to dirty the valve, damage the valve. In particular, non-metallic mesh doors and cast iron valves are even more forbidden.
Maintain the routine maintenance of the electric device. The maintenance of the electric device is generally not less than once a month. The maintenance contents include: the appearance shall be clean, free from dust accumulation, and the device shall not be contaminated by soda, water and oil. The sealing surface and points shall be firm and tight. There is no leakage phenomenon; the lubrication part should be oiled according to the regulations, and the valve nut should be greased; the electrical part should be in good condition, without phase failure, the automatic switch and thermal relay should not be tripped, and the indicator light should be displayed correctly.
