Because there are many reasons that can cause the vibration of the electric actuator, the demand is based on the design, operation experience, etc., to analyze the causes of the vibration of the electric actuator, and then propose solutions to eliminate the problem.
1. the valve position of the actuator reacts to the vibration of the small circuit, this may be due to the too flexible setting of the magnetic amplifier, which makes the small circuit of the actuator unable to stabilize and then vibrates. The reason for this shock, just according to the previous work experience, conditioning magnetic amplifier, adjust in the appropriate scale, so that the shock can disappear.
2. the vibration of the electric actuator is sometimes caused by the improper parameters of the conditioning system, and the parameters of the conditioner are not suitable, which makes the resonance between the circuits. At this time, the parameters should be set from scratch so that each loop should be kept within the scale that can be stabilized.
3. there is an open space between the gears, connecting rods and other parts inside the electric actuator, this will also lead to shock.
