1. Cleaning steps for valve degreasing: valve degreasing parts must go through the following processes before assembly: 1) according to processing requirements, some valve parts need to be polished, and the surface should not have processing burrs, etc.; 2) Degreasing treatment for all valve parts; 3) Pickling passivation after degreasing (the cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus);4) Rinse with purified water after pickling passivation, there should be no drug residue (this step is omitted for carbon steel parts);5) each valve parts should be dried with non-woven fabric, and the surface of the retained parts such as wire wool should not be dried, or blow-dried with clean nitrogen; 6) Use non-woven fabric or precision filter paper
1. Cleaning steps of valve degreasing:
The degreased parts of the valve must be processed through the following process before assembly:
1) According to the processing requirements, some valve parts need to be polished, and the surface can not have processing burrs, etc;
2) Degreasing of all valve parts;
3) Pickling passivation after degreasing (cleaning agent does not contain phosphorus);
4) After pickling and passivation, rinse with pure water, and there will be no residual chemicals (carbon steel parts are omitted from this step);
5) Each valve component shall be dried with non-woven fabric, and the surface of retained parts such as wire wool shall not be allowed, or blow-dried with clean nitrogen;
6) Use non-woven fabric or precision filter paper to analyze pure alcohol to wipe each valve part until there is no dirty color.
2. Assembly requirements of degreasing valve
Clean parts of degreasing valve must be sealed for installation. Requirements for the installation process are as follows:
1) Degreasing valve installation workshop must be clean, or build a temporary clean area to prevent dust from entering the valve installation process.
2) Assembly workers must wear clean cotton overalls, wearing a cotton cap, hair can not leak, feet to wear clean shoes, hands wear plastic gloves (degreasing).
3) The assembly tools must be degreased and cleaned before degreasing valve assembly to ensure cleanliness.
