Self-operated temperature regulating valve is a kind of self-operated regulating valve. It is an energy-saving generator that automatically adjusts the temperature change of the medium itself without external energy. It is characterized by simple installation, no power supply and air source, simple adjustment and setting, and balanced valve core design.
Installation of self-operated temperature regulating valve:
(1) The temperature valve should be installed and used according to the specified working conditions. The valve should be installed vertically, and the direction of the inlet and outlet of the valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
(2) the installation position should try to choose the impact, vibration small place.
(3) The length of the temperature sensing bag immersed in the measured medium is not less than 4/5 of the length of the temperature sensing bag.
(4) The minimum bending radius of the capillary is not less than 75mm.
(5) The temperature sensing bag should be installed horizontally or obliquely upward
The use of self-operated temperature regulating valve:
(1) The temperature valve has been debugged according to the user's requirements when leaving the factory, and can be installed and operated after the goods arrive. If it is found that the difference between the controlled temperature and the set temperature is large, it can be adjusted by the temperature adjustment spring.
(2) When stopping work for a long time, please close the valve before the valve, which can prolong the service life of the valve and avoid the waste of steam (or high temperature water) caused by leakage.
