1. cleaning method

Welding slag, rust, slag, etc. in the pipeline cause blockage or jam in the orifice, guide part and lower valve cover balance hole, resulting in strain and scratch on the valve core surface and guide surface, indentation on the sealing surface, etc. This often occurs in the early stages of new commissioning systems and after overhauls. This is the most common fault.

In this case, be sure to unload for cleaning, remove the waste residue, such as sealing surface damage to timely grinding; at the same time, the bottom plug to open, in order to flush out from the balance hole into the lower valve cover slag, and to flush the pipeline. Before putting into operation, let the regulating valve fully open, the medium flow for a period of time and then into normal operation.

  

2. external scouring method

For some easy precipitation, containing solid particles of the medium using ordinary valve adjustment, will often be in the throttle, guide at the blockage, can be under the valve cover bottom plug at the external flushing gas and steam.

When the valve is blocked or stuck, open the external gas or steam valve, you can complete the flushing work without moving the regulating valve, so that the valve operates normally.

 

3. installation pipe filter method

For small diameter control valve, especially the ultra-small flow control valve, the throttle clearance is very small, the medium can not have a little slag. In this case, it is best to install a filter on the pipeline before the valve to ensure the smooth circulation of the medium.

With the regulator used by the positioner, the positioner does not work properly, and its gas path throttle blockage is the most common fault. Therefore, when working with a positioner, it is necessary to deal with the air source. The usual method is to install an air filter pressure reducing valve on the front air source line of the positioner.

 

4. method of increasing throttle clearance

For example, solid particles in the medium or welding slag and waste embroidery slag washed away in the pipeline can not pass through the orifice to cause blockage, jamming and other problems. Throttling elements with large throttle clearance can be used instead-valve cores and sleeves with throttle area for window opening and opening. Because the throttle area is concentrated rather than circumferentially distributed, the fault can be easily eliminated.

If it is a single and double seat valve, the plunger-shaped valve core can be changed to a "V"-shaped valve core, or changed to a sleeve valve, etc., and the problem will be solved immediately.

 

5. medium scouring method

Using the scouring energy of the medium itself, scouring and taking away things that are easy to precipitate and block, thereby improving the anti-blocking function of the valve. The throttle is placed at the most severe scour, and attention should be paid to improving the erosion resistance of the throttle material by using this method.

 

6. straight to angular method

The straight-through flow is inverted S flow, the flow path is complex, and there are many dead zones in the upper and lower chambers, which provides a place for the precipitation of the medium. Angular connection, the medium is like flowing through 90 ℃ elbow, good scouring performance, small dead zone, easy to design into a flow line. Therefore, the use of straight-through control valve to produce a slight blockage can be changed to angle valve use.
