How to choose the electric valve device is as follows:
Operating torque: The operating torque is the most important parameter for selecting the valve electric device. The output torque of the electric device should be 1.2 ~1.5Times.
Operation thrust: The main structure of the valve electric device has two kinds: one is not configured thrust plate, direct output torque; the other is configured thrust plate, the output torque is converted to output thrust through the stem nut in the thrust plate.
Output shaft rotation number of turns: the number of turns of the output shaft of the valve electric device is related to the nominal diameter of the valve, the pitch of the stem and the number of threads.
Stem diameter: For multi-turn open stem valves, if the maximum stem diameter allowed by the electric device cannot pass through the valve stem of the valve, it cannot be assembled into an electric valve. Therefore, the inner diameter of the hollow output shaft of the electric device must be greater than the outer diameter of the stem of the open stem valve. For some rotary valves and multi-rotary valves in the dark rod valve, although there is no need to consider the passage of the stem diameter, the stem diameter and the size of the keyway should be fully considered when selecting, so that it can work normally after assembly.
Output speed: valve opening and closing speed if too fast, easy to produce water hammer phenomenon. Therefore, the appropriate opening and closing speed should be selected according to different conditions of use. Valve electric device has its special requirements, that must be able to limit the torque or axial force. Usually the valve electric device uses a torque-limiting coupling. When the specifications of the electric device are determined, its control torque is also determined. Generally, the motor will not be overloaded when it runs for a predetermined period of time.
Usually, the basic protection method of overload is: the continuous operation of the motor or inching operation of overload protection, the use of thermostat; the protection of motor stall, the use of thermal relay; short-circuit accident, the use of fuse or overcurrent relay.
