Problem 3. valve body cavity surface leakage
In the casting process of the valve body, casting defects such as sand holes and sand holes sometimes appear, which are generally difficult to find. Once pressure is applied to it, casting defects will appear. When this occurs, it should be repaired, repaired or renewed.
Problem 4. Seat Valve Plate Leakage
Seat valve plate leakage, in the installation or maintenance of the gate valve process is the most common phenomenon. Generally, it can be divided into two types: one is the leakage of the sealing surface and the other is the leakage of the root of the sealing ring.
First of all, check the accuracy of the sealing surface of the valve seat and the valve plate. The sealing surface should be ground at least. If the surface accuracy is too rough, it should be removed and ground again. Secondly, check the sealing surface for the presence of pitting, indentation, sand holes, cracks and other defects, such a situation, the valve plate or valve seat to be replaced. For the valve seat with pressure spring, the elasticity of the pressure spring should be checked to meet the requirements. If the elasticity is weakened, the pressure spring should be replaced. Furthermore, check the valve plate and stem T-shaped connection whether there is a loose phenomenon, resulting in the valve plate in the process of compression of the slope of the situation, the emergence of such a situation to remove the valve plate, its adjustment to the best size.
Problem 5. handwheel rotation is not sensitive
