The ordinary filter is mainly composed of a shell and a stainless steel filter element, and the self-cleaning filter is added with a sewage pipe, a driving device and an electric cabinet control device. The filter element divides the filter into two parts: the raw water cavity and the clean water cavity. The raw water enters the filter element from the inlet. When flowing through the filter element, impurities larger than the gap of the filter element are trapped. The clean liquid passes through the gap into the clean water cavity and is finally sent out from the outlet. The self-cleaning type is equipped with a backwashing suction cup at the lower part of the multi-stage filter element. The suction cup is connected with the sewage pipe. During cleaning, the impurities inside the filter element are washed out by purified water under the action of external pressure and discharged by the sewage valve.

When working, the turbid liquid enters the inner cavity of the filter element through the inlet, the impurities larger than the gap of the filter element are trapped, and the net liquid passes through the gap and is sent out from the outlet. When the backwash tray mouth is directly opposite to the inlet of the filter element, the drain valve is opened. At this time, the system discharges pressure and discharges water. A negative pressure area with relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears between the suction cup and the filter element, forcing part of the net circulating water to flow into the filter element from the outside. The impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element flow into the tray along with the water flow and are discharged from the drain valve. The specially designed filter screen makes the inside of the filter element produce a spray effect, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer set time ends, the material flows continuously during the whole process, and the backwashing water consumption is less, which realizes continuous and automatic production.
