The descaling injection valve is mainly composed of the main valve, the driving part and the control part. As shown in Figure 1, the main valve is a balanced spool valve structure, including a valve body, a plunger spool, a bushing and a seal. The driving part is a double-acting cylinder, which is composed of a cylinder barrel, a piston, an upper cylinder head, a lower cylinder head and an indicator sensor. The control part adopts pneumatic control, which is composed of pneumatic trio, one-way throttle valve, two-position five-way solenoid valve and other components. All control components are installed in the control box.

When the steel plate or billet enters the predetermined station, the control system gets the descaling signal, and the two-position five-way solenoid valve is energized and reversed. Compressed air enters the lower cavity of the cylinder, the plunger moves upward against the resistance under the action of the cylinder, the valve opens, the high-pressure water is connected to the valve outlet through the window on the slide valve, and the descaling system starts to inject high-pressure water for descaling. When the steel plate or billet leaves the predetermined station, the control system obtains the descaling end signal, the two-position five-way solenoid valve is closed, compressed air enters the upper cavity of the cylinder, the plunger moves downward against the resistance under the action of the cylinder, and the plunger The windowless section coincides with the valve outlet, blocking the high-pressure water flow, the valve is closed, and the descaling injection valve descaling system completes spray descaling.

1. The valve adopts the self-balancing slide valve structure, and the movement of the plunger in the medium is basically in a balanced state, which greatly reduces the opening and closing pressure of the valve.
2. The valve adopts a double-layer sealing structure, the first layer is a combined seal, and the second layer is a shaft seal, which not only ensures the reliability of the seal, but also greatly improves the service life.
3. The valve cover adopts a two-way sealing structure, one end is sealed with water, the other end is sealed with air, and a wear ring and a detection hole are added between the two seals. It not only ensures the sealing performance, but also improves the wear resistance of the parts.
4. The valve seat adopts a nested structure, compact structure, easy to disassemble and maintain; pneumatic control, fast valve response, fast switching, high commutation frequency, and sensitive action.
5. The key parts of the valve are made of special alloy materials. After special process treatment, it has good wear resistance and strong corrosion resistance.
