The descaling injection valve is mainly used for hot rolling descaling system in metallurgical industry. It is installed on the pipeline with water medium to remove the oxide scale on the surface of steel plate or billet. The descaling injection valve is installed at the terminal of the descaling system. Under the action of the air source pressure of the control system, the valve is in a normally closed state. When the steel plate or billet enters the predetermined station, the control system gets the descaling signal, the two-position five-position solenoid valve is switched on, the descaling system starts to spray high-pressure water for descaling. When the steel plate or billet leaves the predetermined station, the control system gets the descaling end signal, the two-position five-way solenoid valve is electrically switched, the valve is closed, and the descaling system finishes spraying descaling.
The valve of the descaling injection valve adopts a plunger slide valve structure. The plunger is made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, and is quenched and tempered. The surface is plated with hard chromium, with high smoothness, low friction resistance and good friction resistance.
