The working principle of the anti-leakage device: the buoy is an empty cylinder made of stainless steel with lighter specific gravity than water. The lower part is a rubber cone surface, which is matched with the rubber cone surface of the outer shell to form a sealing surface. When there is no water in the anti-leakage device, the buoy falls under the action of gravity and the rubber surface is combined. At this time, the water seal can ensure that the gas does not leak out in large amount even if it is pressed. That is, to achieve the role of leakage prevention. When the water seal drains normally, the water seal enters the low pressure measurement from the high pressure side through the internal conduit. When the water level on the low pressure side reaches the discharge water level, it enters the leakage prevention device. The buoy floats up against gravity, the sealing surface is separated, and the water is discharged. Hazards caused by back pressure. Back pressure is the pressure in the cavity. The cavity communicates with the cavity at the top of the buoy. The pressure acts on the buoy to generate a downward pressure on the buoy. Even if there is water around the buoy, it will break the buoyancy of the buoy under normal conditions, causing the buoy to float incompletely (with less drainage) or not (without drainage), pipeline water accumulation increased.
The reasons for the back pressure are as follows: 1. When the drain is filled with water for the first time, open the water seal DN80 gate valve. Under the action of gas pressure, the water in the high-pressure chamber of the drain may be broken down while the instantaneous flow rate of the water is large, which may cause back pressure inside the leakage prevention device. 2. During normal operation, the pipeline pressure fluctuates greatly, the water volume in the pipeline surges, and the long-term temperature change in the water seal cavity will cause the internal back pressure of the leakage prevention device. 4. solve several problems of water seal back pressure inspection, maintenance and operation attention. 1. During the first operation, close the inlet valve at the upper end of the drain to ensure safe operation, open all DN25 pipe caps and DN25 ball valves at the top of the low pressure chamber (I. e. the chamber connected with the leakage prevention device), add water from the DN25 pipe cap at the top of the high pressure chamber (I. e. the chamber connected with the inlet valve), tighten all DN25 pipe caps and DN25 ball valves after the water flows out from the drain port of the drain valve, and open the inlet valve, after the drainage is normal, open the DN25 exhaust valve and close it after pressure relief. 2. After normal operation, especially for drainers with relatively large water volume, it should be ensured that during each spot check, the low-pressure side exhaust valve is opened and closed after pressure relief before people can leave. 3. For normal operation of the drain, it is forbidden to open all pipe caps except the low pressure side. For normal operation of the drainer, it is forbidden to open all pipe caps except for the low pressure side.
