In contrast, high-pressure water descaling technology has the advantages of a wide range of steel types, high removal rate and low comprehensive cost, and has been widely used in hot and cold descaling, and has become the mainstream of today's descaling methods. Similarly, the problem of high energy consumption of high-pressure water descaling system is also very prominent. Generally speaking, the descaling system uses a high-pressure centrifugal pump, which consumes a lot of electric energy when idling. Generally, the descaling working time only accounts for 40-50%. Therefore, if the high-pressure centrifugal pump works throughout the production cycle, most of the time will be in an idling state, and more electric energy will be wasted.
    
The descaling injection valve is mainly used in the hot-rolled descaling system of the metallurgical industry. It is installed on the pipeline with water as the medium to remove the oxide skin on the surface of the steel plate or billet. The descaling injection valve is installed at the terminal of the descaling system, and the valve is normally closed under the action of the air source pressure of the control system. When the steel plate or billet enters the predetermined station, the control system gets the descaling signal, the two-position five-way solenoid valve is electrically switched, the valve is opened, and the descaling system starts to spray high-pressure water for descaling. When the steel plate or billet leaves the predetermined station, the control system gets the end of descaling signal, the two-position five-way solenoid valve is switched, the valve is closed, and the descaling system spray descaling ends.
