As the balance valve balances the system resistance, the new water volume can be distributed in a balanced manner according to the proportion calculated in the design, so that the flow rate of each branch will increase or decrease proportionally at the same time, and still meet the corresponding flow requirements under the current load.
Manual balancing valve installation also has some precautions:
Installed on the return pipe, can also be installed on the water supply pipe. It is recommended to install the balancing valve on the return pipe with low water temperature. Horizontal installation, can also be installed vertically. The installation position needs to be set up in accordance with the requirements of the equipment straight pipe section, usually 6 times the pipe diameter.
