The type or quality of the filler does not meet the requirements;
Packing aging or valve stem wear;
Loose packing gland;
The surface of the valve stem is scratched;
The causes of leakage at the flange connection:
The gasket material or size does not meet the requirements;
Poor machining quality of flange sealing surface;
Improper fastening of connecting bolts;
The pipe configuration is unreasonable, and excessive additional load is generated at the connection.
Causes of internal leakage of the valve:
The leakage formed by the valve closing is called internal leakage, which is caused by the damage of the valve sealing surface or the lax root of the sealing ring.
