The drainer is mainly composed of the main body of the leak-proof gas drainer and the leak-proof gas device. It is often used in overhead gas pipelines to help drain condensed water. When the pressure fluctuation of the gas pipe network or other reasons cause the water level of the drain to be abnormal, the anti-leakage device will automatically close the outlet of the last air chamber to prevent the instantaneous overpressure breakdown of the gas.

Installation and use of leak-proof gas drainers
1. The gas drain should be installed on a flat ground. The base can be fixed with anchor bolts and embedded parts of the equipment foundation. The equipment foundation shall be firm to prevent collapse or tilt.
2. The drain should be installed vertically and not tilted to ensure the reliable operation of the drain.
3. The on-site gas pipeline is connected with the inlet pipe of the gas drainer. Gaskets shall be used at flanged joints to ensure a tight seal and no gas leakage. Two gate valves are required to control the pipeline connected to the drain to ensure safe use and maintenance.
4. The condensate drain pipe of the leak-proof gas drain should be introduced into the nearby sewer, and the condensate cannot be directly discharged to the equipment foundation.
5. There should be guardrails and warning signs around the drain to prevent accidents such as collision and leakage.
6. Before using the drain, you must add water to the drain! When adding water, first open the exhaust ball valve of the gas drain, and then use the water inlet on the gas drain to add water to the gas drain. When the condensate drain pipe outside the leak-proof gas drain drips outward, the leak-proof gas drain is filled with water. After adding water, the ball valve of the drain must be sealed to prevent air leakage! 7. Regularly check the water level of the drain through the observation hole. When the water level of the drainer drops to air pressure, it will break through the water seal of the drainer (2/3 of the physical height of the drainer), and the drainer should be fed with water in the same way as the primary water injection.
