A set of high-pressure descaling valve system consists of the following six components as follows:(1) water inlet part: including water inlet pipeline, various control valves, booster pump, self-cleaning filter, water injection tank, etc., is the low-pressure water inlet part of high-pressure water phosphorus removal system. (2) Power part: including descaling pump set and related auxiliary and control components. The motor-driven water pump produces high pressure and large flow, which is the power source of the system.

(2) Power part: including descaling pump set and related auxiliary and control components. The motor-driven water pump produces high pressure and large flow, which is the power source of the system.
(3) Anti-overheating circulation part: including circulation valve and related pipelines. When the descaling system is not working, in order to prevent the descaling pump from idling and overheating, drain the water through the unloading circuit for cooling.
(4) Accumulator group: including gas-liquid accumulator, high pressure gas tank, low liquid level valve, manual gate valve, air compressor, charging valve and related pipelines. Used to relieve water hammer impact of high pressure pipeline. In the case of a large amount of work as an auxiliary power supply to reduce system pressure fluctuations.
(5) Implementation part: including descaling valve group, water supply pipeline, descaling box, upper and lower descaling headers, high-pressure descaling valve nozzles,, etc. The high-pressure water flow passes through the descaling nozzles on the descaling header, and the descaling valve is opened and closed to descaling the steel plate surface.
(6) Electrical control part: including programmable controller, various test instruments, electrical control cabinets, consoles, etc., used for automatic control and interlocking protection of a full set of high-pressure descaling valve systems.
In order to reduce power consumption, a speed regulating fluid coupling is added between the pump motor and the high-pressure centrifugal pump. The output speed of the hydraulic coupling is controlled and adjusted according to the change of the system accumulator pressure (or liquid level) to realize the speed regulation of the high-pressure centrifugal pump and maintain the system pressure. The system mainly relies on changing the dynamic volume of the accumulator for water spray descaling, which greatly shortens the heavy load working time of the high-pressure water pump, reduces the power consumption of the system, and has remarkable energy saving effect. A new set of high-pressure descaling valve pump group increases the system flow and pressure, improves the system working capacity and stable operation guarantee, makes the new high-pressure descaling valve pump group and the original pump group form working and standby mode, and the descaling point before and after finishing rolling, the problem of secondary iron oxide scale descaling is solved and the surface quality of steel plate is improved.
In order to solve the problem of poor gas operation stability of the accumulator, the fixed height of the descaling header cannot be adjusted with the change of the billet thickness, which affects the descaling effect, the high-pressure descaling valve system is reformed and upgraded, mainly including:
(1) Update two sets of high-pressure descaling valve pump sets, continue to operate in the mode of hydraulic coupling speed regulation, with good energy-saving effect, further improve system pressure and flow, and meet the requirements of increasing descaling points for roughing mills.
(2) The descaling box with adjustable height of the upper header is adopted for descaling outside the furnace. The height of the upper header can be adjusted to 135-300mm, which meets the descaling requirements of full-specification billet thickness. The descaling box is equipped with a reverse nozzle to ensure the sealing effect of the iron sheet of the descaling box.
(3) Replace the high-pressure air water tank and air storage tank, and increase the total volume of the accumulator assembly to 32 M. The structure of the high-pressure air water tank is improved, and the problem of excessive pressure fluctuation during gas operation and descaling is solved.
