In order to greatly expand the production range of products, improve surface quality and save equipment investment, through the improvement of existing equipment, the bar production line, high-speed production line and high bar production line can be put into the descaling system alone, or any two lines can be put into the descaling system, which greatly enriches the production line varieties and specifications and receives good benefits.

The industrial steam of the existing production line is 150x 150mm ㎡ of square billet with poor profit and new surface, with a length of about 12M and a roller table running speed of 1~1.5 m/s. The original descaling system is controlled by frequency conversion, which can reduce the speed of the system waiting for the pump set without water in disguise. When the system needs water, the unit should immediately increase the speed and pressurize the water supply to achieve periodic operation. In the system design scheme, the water outlet is not set at 22Mpa, and the water outlet is set at 32m ³/h h. At the same time, the frequency can be adjusted according to the demand of flow pressure to realize stable water supply. The system is equipped with three high pressure descaling pumps rated at 200kW. Adopt a parallel approach. The high-pressure outlet side of the water pump is provided with a non-return pipeline.

When descaling, a single water pump supplies water to the descaling ring of the high-speed production line or the high-pole production line to achieve descaling. In the actual production of special steel, two pumps often work at the same time to achieve the effect of descaling, resulting in a surge in maintenance; in the descaling process of some steel, there will also be iron oxide scale carbon fragmentation, can not be peeled off and clean the phenomenon, so it needs to be modified. To meet the needs of a variety of steel production. Combined with the characteristics and site layout of intermittent descaling system, the following design requirements are proposed: use the original pumping station space to arrange a new high-pressure descaling valve system; use all electrical equipment and facilities; add a third descaling point, namely strip descaling point; the new descaling system can realize single-line descaling and descaling of any two production lines; can consider descaling of low alloy steel and high chromium and high nickel alloy steel; In addition, high nickel alloy steel.

Taking into account the future production of high-pressure descaling valves, the production line may cover hot-rolled ribbed steel bars, high-quality carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon steel hot-rolled wire rods, welded wire rods, cold heading steel, cold extruded steel and other products. Choosing the appropriate descaling scheme is the key to the success of descaling, and the nozzle arrangement of the nozzle and descaling ring can save energy, reduce consumption and improve the descaling effect, which is the starting point of the design. The spray height, fan overlap, nozzle spacing, end face margin and average strike force of the nozzle are the key to the design.
