Precautions in cleaning:
(1) The selection of cleaning agents and rust inhibitors should be reasonable, and there should be a difference between ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals, even in summer and winter;
(2) The water temperature should meet the requirements, and the soaking time of the parts should not be too short, generally controlled at more than 10 minutes;
(3) as far as possible to increase the coarse, rinse water flow;
(4) When conditions permit, the parts shall be dried;
(5) when flushing, the punch and the valve body should have relative rotation or movement.
Cleaning of 2. parts
The cleaning of parts is due to the variety. Cleaning of parts includes cleaning burrs and dirt. Chrome-plated parts also include cleaning of residual chromic acid in inner holes. Parts cleaning can be carried out by ultrasonic cleaning and then by gas hydration. Cleaning of inner holes is more important before cleaning. Drills, reamers and brushes of the same diameter can be used to remove dirt in inner holes. Small inner holes should also be dredged and checked one by one. The cleaning equipment and methods of parts are similar to those of valve bodies, but high-pressure and low-flow gas hydration flushing should be adopted. High-pressure flushing with diesel oil or aqueous solution with antirust agent is not required. Anti-rust treatment can be carried out after cleaning.
