1. flange connection:
There are flanges at both ends of the valve body, which correspond to the flanges on the pipeline, and the flanges are fixed in the pipeline by bolts. Flange connection is used more in the valve connection form. Flange has raised surface (RF), plane (FF), convex concave surface (MF) and so on. According to the shape of the joint surface can be divided into the following:
1, smooth type: for the pressure is not high valve, processing is more convenient.
2. Concave-convex type: high working pressure, medium-hard gasket can be used.
3, tongue and groove type: the gasket with large plastic deformation can be used widely in corrosive medium, and the sealing effect is better.
4. Trapezoidal groove type: oval metal ring is used as gasket for valves with working pressure ≥ 64kg/cm2, or high temperature valves.
5. Lens type: The gasket is a lens shape and is made of metal. For high-pressure valves with working pressure ≥ 100kg/cm2, or high-temperature valves.
6, O-ring type: This is a relatively new form of flange connection, it is with the emergence of various rubber O-rings, and developed, it is more reliable than the general flat gasket in the sealing effect.
2. Wafer Connection
The valve is installed in the middle of the two flanges. The valve body usually has positioning holes to facilitate installation and positioning. The valve and the two-end pipes are directly clamped with bolts.
Welded connection
1. Butt welding connection: Both ends of the valve body are processed into butt welding grooves according to the requirements of butt welding, which correspond to the pipe welding grooves and are fixed on the pipe by welding.
2. Socket welding connection: both ends of the valve body shall be processed according to the requirements of socket welding and connected with the pipeline through socket welding.
