Check valve maintenance method

At the same time, the refrigeration system must be filled with nitrogen after cleaning and decontamination. When replacing the valve body, it must be noted that the refrigerant flow mark arrow of the one-way valve is upward. When welding, attention should be paid to cooling the valve body to prevent the deformation of the nylon valve needle in the valve body, resulting in poor heating effect. For the spherical check valve, if you touch the inlet end of the check valve at the moment of shutdown with a sense of temperature or listen to the sound of air flow, it means that the valve ball and the inlet end are not tightly sealed. In this case, the available alcohol cleaning with nitrogen blowing dry method troubleshooting, once invalid, should be replaced with a new one-way valve. For the newly replaced one-way valve or the original one-way valve of the system, the sealing and polarity inspection method is: vertically shake the one-way valve body (there is a collision sound)After the valve heart ball falls, the upper port end is unblocked, and the other end is the lower port end. In order to ensure the effect of heating, it is best to replace the check valve.
Another common fault of the one-way valve is the leakage point problem, which is mostly caused by poor welding during manufacturing or maintenance, resulting in fluorine leakage. Leakage points mostly appear at the capillary welding place, and welding should be carried out again.
