For the soft seal gate valve leakage mode, the common are the following:
1. The solenoid valve on the cylinder leaks, which may be due to the high air pressure in the pressure reducing valve.
2. The exhaust hole of the cylinder leaks because of the aging of the sealing ring between the two movable parts inside the cylinder and the sealing ring of the cylinder.
3. The upper and lower parts of the cylinder leak air. This is because the sealing ring between the actuator and the cylinder does not achieve the sealing effect due to the frequent activities of the actuator.
4. In addition to the above three situations, there is another situation that may cause the cylinder to leak air, that is, the spring in the cylinder is damaged, which may also cause the failure to close.
Corresponding solution:
1. Replace the sealing ring of the actuator.
2. Replace the sealing ring at the cylinder.
3, the pressure reducing valve to adjust the air pressure of 3-5kg, or the lower part of the solenoid valve to open the ventilation action several times, sometimes it is possible to replace the solenoid valve.
4. Replace the spring in the cylinder.
When solving the problem of cylinder air leakage, we must consider it according to the actual situation, such as whether the valve is open or closed. For the valve with air opening, we can first close the hand valves at both ends, then let the central control open the valve, first disassemble the connecting piece at the connection, then cut off the air source, release the air at the pressure reducing valve at this time, note that the actuator will rotate 90 ℃, and finally move the actuator back to its original position after replacement.
