3. Under different working pressures, use the corresponding sealing pressure, select the appropriate sealing ratio pressure, use a torque wrench to lock or realize the automatic control of the valve to prevent the valve needle from contacting the valve seat when contacting. Not to be corroded and worn, squeezed and damaged.
4. Regularly filter the high pressure medium and clean the filter, and add liquid to apply the filter to the filter. Frequent use, should be appropriate to shorten the cycle. Regular cleaning of the fuel tank and replacement of new media at the same time can shorten the cleaning and oil change cycle according to the actual working conditions of the equipment.
5. When installing or replacing the needle valve, it should be properly cleaned. So as not to bring in debris and accelerate the wear of the needle valve.
