The model selection table also lists the selection of maximum conveying length and power. It must be pointed out that under the condition of the same conveying capacity, selecting a slightly larger model can reduce the chain speed, thus prolonging the service life, but the conveying length should not be too small. If the actual conveying length is less than 30% of the rated conveying capacity of the machine, the material layer will be too thin and the internal pressure will be too small, causing idling and increasing wear.
2. Select the chain speed: the user should first choose according to the performance and state of the conveyed material (such as grinding, temperature, particle size of the material), etc.scraper conveyor. Maximum chain speed for transporting cement raw clinker and finished powder.
3. Select the feed port: The size of each feed port is selected by the user according to the needs, and must be indicated when selecting.

When the first feed port is close to the tail shaft (the minimum distance cannot be guaranteed), the upper feed port is generally not suitable.
