Precautions for the use of gas drainers: strengthen the operation and management of drainers and strictly abide by the safety regulations on drainers in the Gas Safety Regulations for Industrial Enterprises; Strengthen the maintenance of drainers and clean up sundries in the drainers in time; Do a good job of rust removal and corrosion prevention of drainers to ensure that the external and internal components of drainers are intact, prevent corrosion and perforation of barrel body, partition and other components, and affect the water level drop;
Precautions for the use of gas drainer
1. Strengthen the operation and management of drainers and strictly abide by the safety regulations on drainers in the Gas Safety Regulations for Industrial Enterprises;
2. Strengthen the maintenance of the drain and clean up the sundries in the drain in time; Do a good job of removing rust and preventing corrosion of the drain, ensure that the appearance and internal components of the drain are intact, and prevent corrosion and perforation of the barrel body, partition board and other components, resulting in lower water level of the drain, affecting the water seal effect of the drain;
3. Strengthen the daily monitoring of the drainer to ensure that the water level of the drainer meets the requirements, and prevent the water level of the drainer from lowering due to the closing of the water inlet valve (or insufficient water inlet compensation), resulting in abnormal water seal of the drainer;
4. Strengthen the management of the overflow pipe of the drainage device, and check the water dripping out of the overflow pipe every day to monitor whether the drainage device is operating normally;
5. Strengthen the monitoring of the pressure of the gas pipe network to avoid the failure of the drain caused by the high pressure of the pipe network, resulting in gas leakage;
6. All employees are obliged to monitor and protect the drainage device and other equipment and facilities. If the drainage device has abnormal phenomena such as corrosion and deformation of the barrel body, blockage or artificial closure of the water inlet, undrained overflow pipe, etc., such situations shall be timely fed back to the production office of the power plant, the gas protection station or the safety and environment department of the group company.
