The one-way valve has a wide range of uses and there are many types. The following is the one-way valve commonly used for water supply and heating: Spring-type one-way valve: The liquid is from bottom to top, and the valve flap controlled by the spring is pushed up by the pressure. After the pressure disappears, the spring force presses down the valve flap to close the liquid back. Commonly used in smaller diameter check valve.
One-way valve is widely used, there are many types, the following is the water supply and heat commonly used one-way valve:
1, spring type check valve: liquid from the bottom up, relying on the pressure spring control valve disc, pressure disappeared, the spring force will be the valve disc down, closed liquid back. Commonly used in smaller diameter check valve.
2. Gravity check valve: similar to the spring type, relying on the self-gravity of the valve flap to prevent backflow.
3, swing type check valve: liquid in the valve body straight through, rely on the pressure to open the side of the rotating disc, after the pressure is lost, the disc rely on the weight of the return, the reverse of the liquid pressure closed disc.
4. Plastic diaphragm check valve: shell and diaphragm are plastic. General shell for ABS,PE,PP,NYLON, PC. The diaphragm includes silicone resin, fluororesin and the like.
Other one-way valves (check valves), such as blowdown check valves, anti-explosion valves and liquid use check valve principle is similar.
