The greater the output pressure of the proportional pilot pressure reducing valve, the greater the displacement of the main reversing valve spool, the greater the flow through the main reversing valve, and the faster the boom rises. When the operating handle is pulled to the limit position, the limit electromagnet in the handle is energized, and the handle is attracted in the limit position. The boom rises at the maximum speed. When it rises to the position defined by the upper limit switch of the boom, the limit electromagnet of the operating handle is powered off, the handle automatically returns to the neutral position, and the boom can be kept in the defined position. In the process of boom rising, if the boom needs to stay in a certain position, the operating handle needs to be returned to the neutral position.

 

During lifting and other operations, the valve core of the pilot control unloading valve is closed, and the oil from the steering pump opens the one-way valve to join the working system, thus increasing the hydraulic oil of the working device, meeting the requirements of low pressure and large flow required for the operation, improving the operation speed of boom lifting and shortening the operation cycle. It is an advanced hydraulic system with extremely significant high efficiency performance.
