Principle of action of air release valve
When water enters the pipeline, the plug head stops at the lower part of the positioning frame for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the water enters the valve to float the ball, and the plug head is driven to close, stopping the exhaust. During normal operation of the pipeline, a small amount of gas will naturally be generated. These gases will gather in the upper part of the pipe. To a certain extent, the water level in the valve will drop, and the floating ball will be discharged from the small hole. In case of power failure or pump shutdown, negative pressure will occur at any time when the water in the pipe is empty. The floating ball will drop down along the water. Open the small hole to drive the large hole to carry out a large hole for a large air intake to ensure the safety of pipe.
Use method of air release valve
When the automatic air release valve is installed on the radiator, the valve core should be tightened. After the heating system is running, it is in an automatic air release state. Once the gas is generated in the system, the gas will be discharged from the gap between the hand wheel of the air release valve and the valve body. When rapid exhaust is required, manually unscrew the handwheel between 45 ° and 90 °, and the gas will be discharged from the air outlet of the steering ring. When the gas is discharged, water will flow out from the air outlet. At this time, quickly turn the handwheel Back and tighten, it will be in the automatic deflation state again.
