Flange connection of the valve, its installation and disassembly are more convenient, but the threaded connection of the valve is bulky, the price is higher, so it is suitable for a variety of diameter and pressure pipe connection. The welded connection is suitable for the condition of the load and is more reliable than the flange connection. However, it is difficult to remove and reinstall welded connected valves, so its use is limited to occasions where it can usually run reliably for a long time, or where the conditions of use are engraved and the temperature is high.
4. Selection of valve material
Select the valve shell, internal parts and sealing surface material, in addition to consider the physical properties of the working medium (temperature, pressure) and chemical properties (corrosive), should also grasp the cleanliness of the medium (with or without solid particles), in addition, but also with reference to the relevant provisions of the state and the use of departments. The correct and reasonable selection of the valve material can obtain the most economical service life and the best performance of the valve.
