The proportional pressure reducing valve belongs to the high pressure valve series, which is suitable for metallurgical, petroleum, hydraulic and hydraulic test units. The main purpose is to reduce the pressure by throttling energy consumption, which can make the high-pressure water in the high-pressure, ultra-high-pressure equipment and high-pressure pipelines reduce the high-pressure water to the pressure required by the valve and then discharge it, so that the pressure of the high-pressure system is uniformly reduced.
The proportional pressure reducing valve belongs to the high pressure valve series, which is suitable for metallurgical, petroleum, hydraulic and hydraulic test units. The main purpose is to reduce the pressure by throttling energy consumption, so that the high-pressure water in the pipeline can be discharged after the water is reduced to the pressure required by the low pressure through this valve, so that the system can be uniformly reduced.
The proportional pressure reducing valve consists of a cylinder and a valve body. The orifice plate and regulating valve are designed as a whole, and the discharge and decompression of the valve switch are controlled by the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder. The exhaust flow can be adjusted freely, which is safe and convenient.
The working mode of 1. proportional pressure reducing valve
When the pilot valve is opened, turn the adjusting bolt on the top clockwise, so that the elastic force generated by the contraction of the spring makes the pilot valve diaphragm sag downward, and the force acting on the pilot valve connecting rod moves downward to open the pilot valve. The pilot valve is opened, and the steam in the cavity A of the upstream inlet pipe section passes through the channel, enters the annular steam cavity of the pilot valve through the pilot valve, and is directly sent to the upper cavity of the lower piston cylinder through the channel. With the continuous supply of steam, the pressure continues to rise, pushing the piston down to open the main valve, and then the steam continues to flow from A to B. When the load of the downstream outlet pipe section is met, the excess steam makes the pressure continue to rise. The rising pressure is fed back to the lower chamber of the pilot valve diaphragm through the channel (sensing channel), so that the pilot valve diaphragm protrudes upward, overcomes the upper adjustment spring, and the pilot valve is closed or closed. Thus, the steam source from the upstream alpha channel is turned off or shut off. When the upper cavity of the piston cylinder drops, under the action of the lower return spring, the main valve is closed or closed, and then the B cavity begins to drop, so repeatedly achieve the purpose of pressure regulation.
2. proportional pressure reducing valve installation instructions
1. Before installation, the pipeline should be flushed clean, and a Y-type filter should be installed in front of the valve. Small debris in the pipeline will cause lax closure, resulting in leakage failure and high static pressure of the rear pipe network. The filter shall be installed on the main pipe and the plug shall be removed to lead the drain pipe with valve to the sewage tank for timely drainage.
2. Before and after the proportional pressure reducing valve, a gate valve or butterfly valve must be set to cut off the water source during maintenance.
3 should be installed vertically. When installed horizontally, gravity will cause partial wear in the lower part. It is recommended to be vertical and follow the direction shown by the arrow on the valve body. The decompression effect is obvious and the function is normal.
4. In order to ensure the uninterrupted water supply for fire water supply in high-rise buildings, two groups should be designed in parallel with the same diameter, one working and one standby. And should be the same as the front and rear pipe diameters, so as not to affect the water supply during maintenance and replacement
5. In order to ensure the reliability of the fire water supply system, the proportional pressure reducing valve should not be set with a bypass pipe.
6. Pressure gauges should be installed before and after the proportional pressure reducing valve, which can be directly used to observe pressure changes, monitor the effect and working status.
