With the continuous supply of steam in the chamber, the piston pressure continues to rise, pushing the piston to slide down and open the main valve. At this time, steam continuously flows from chamber A to chamber B. When the load in cavity B of the lower outlet pipe meets the requirements, the excess steam will maintain the pressure rise in cavity B.

The rising pressure can be fed back to the lower chamber of the proportional pressure reducing valve diaphragm through the gamma channel (pressure sensing channel), so that the proportional pressure reducing valve diaphragm bulges upward, thus avoiding the upper pressure adjustment turning yellow and being lowered or closed. Further, the steam source from the upstream alpha channel is turned down or turned off.

When the pressure in the thoracic and abdominal cavity of the piston cylinder decreases, the main valve is closed or closed under the action of the lower reset bell mouth. At this time, the pressure in the B cavity gradually begins to decrease, so it is necessary to achieve the purpose of pressure regulation through this cycle.
