The filling valve is divided from the working state of the valve port and can be divided into: normally open (that is, when the valve port is open, the filling valve is in an open state) and normally closed (under normal conditions, the valve port is closed, and the filling valve is in a closed state). The advantage of the normally open type is that it does not need to overcome the spring force during the oil absorption and filling process to reduce the oil absorption resistance, but the structure is complex and the manufacturing requirements are high. Generally, it is rarely used.
The charging valve can be divided into: controllable charging valve (equivalent to hydraulic control one-way valve) and uncontrollable charging valve (equivalent to ordinary one-way valve), which are actually used more. Controllable filling valve can be divided into: without unloading device of ordinary type filling valve and with unloading device of pilot type filling valve. The hydraulic system equipped with ordinary filling valve must consider adding a separate pressure relief device when designing, and the pilot filling valve can not add a separate pressure relief device in theory, but in practical application, it is found that its pressure relief effect is not ideal, so it is often added an independent pressure relief device to reduce the hydraulic shock in the system.
