When the gas pressure fluctuates frequently, the gas drain cannot automatically replenish water. If the water is not replenished manually in time, it will lead to gas leakage, which is easy to cause fire or gas poisoning. In the low temperature environment in the north, the drain is prone to freezing when working, if the equipment cannot work normally, it is necessary to carry out effective heat preservation for the drain or take electric heat tracing technical measures.
Designed with anti-breakdown device, when the gas pressure exceeds the usual maximum value, the gas drain can still work reliably, effectively prevent the gas leakage, put an end to malignant accidents. The gas drainer can self-replenish water at any time according to the fluctuation and change of gas pressure during operation, that is, when the pressure fluctuation occurs in the gas pressure on site, the gas drainer can automatically replenish water dynamically to the drainer, and will not cause gas leakage accident due to the lack of water in the gas drainer.
When the gas drain is used in a colder environment, the gas drain has a fully enclosed heat preservation measures (the user can also choose the electric heating gas drain according to the site situation), so that the gas drain can work reliably and continuously for a long time without freezing.
The gas drain has a gas emptying device, which can completely empty the air inside the drain when the gas drain is added to prevent the air resistance inside the drain. The gas drain has a sewage outlet. When the gas drain works in the case of dirty gas, the gas drain can be treated according to the usage to ensure the reliable working performance of the gas drain.

Leakage-free gas drainer is aimed at the major defect that the currently used gas drainer is easy to leak gas, and provides an anti-breakdown leakage-free gas drainer, which can realize zero gas leakage in the use state regardless of gas pressure fluctuation or low water seal (severe water shortage).
Leakage-free gas drainer is composed of ordinary drainer and anti-leakage device. It uses the height of water seal to overcome the gas pressure, thus sealing the gas. When the effective water level of the drainer is abnormally lowered due to pressure fluctuation of the gas pipe network or other reasons, the gas breaks through the water seal, and the anti-leakage device acts to close the overflow port to prevent gas leakage and prevent accidents.
Working principle:
The main purpose is to connect the anti-breakdown and leak-free gas drainer into the gas pipeline (the lowest part of the pipeline). The condensed water in the gas pipeline enters the high-pressure chamber of the drainer through the drain pipe, and then enters the low-pressure chamber of the drainer through the connecting pipe of the high-pressure chamber on the partition plate to collect the condensed water and automatically discharge the condensed water in the gas pipeline through the water seal to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. When the effective water level of the drainer is abnormally low due to pressure fluctuation of the gas pipe network or other reasons, it is broken down by gas. Under the action of gas impact, the anti-leakage device is triggered, the overflow port is closed, the gas leakage is prevented, and the normal operation of the equipment is ensured. In general, when the height of the water seal is greater than 2000mm, a double-chamber or three-chamber structure should be adopted to make the overflow outlet below 2000mm, which is convenient for observing the working condition of the drain.
